Questions Purchase direct with card

Hello guys I want to purcahse Ouchm i there any other way other than agentzone. Like for example Direct purcahse with the card.

i agree upon enabling purchasing directly
since not all agents can process purchase quickly

last time i do purchase, and the agent is very slow, i do purchase and they replied 2 hour after my purchase, and i have to keep chasing them in order to get my key (they not even say sorry for taking the order too long, and they said they are having guild war while processing my order, which is not professional imo), this is quite frustrating, since i buy them, and yet they still not prioritizing my order.
